REN building Shanghai Expo
Il REN è una proposta per un albergo, centro sportivo e centro conferenze per il World Expo 2010 di Shanghai. L'edificio è costituito da due edifici che si fondono in uno solo. Il primo edificio, emergente dalle acque, è dedicato alle attività del corpo, e ospita il centro sportivo e il centro della cultura dell'acqua. Il secondo edificio, emergente dal terreno, è dedicato allo spirito e all'illuminazione interiore ed ospita il centro congressi e sale riunioni.
The RÉN building is a proposal for a hotel, sports and conference centre for the World Expo 2010 in Shanghai. The building is conceived as two buildings merging into one. The first building, emerging from the water, is devoted to the activities of the body, and houses the sports and water culture centre. The second building, emerging from land, is devoted to the spirit and enlightenment and houses the conference centre and meeting facilities.
